Community Association Facilities
The main hall has a stage and a licensed capacity of 200. Meeting rooms are available with a capacity of 40.
A commercial kitchen is available as well. The hall is wheelchair accessible.
For a Saturday evening rental the cost is $475.00 . The renters have until 1pm the next day for cleanup.
Rental rates for the main hall at any other time is $50 an hour. All renters must also pay a $300 Security Deposit.
